Understand your RFE
Paste a Request for Evidence on an O-1A petition. We list each issue USCIS raised, in plain language, next to what the USCIS Policy Manual says about it.
Copy the text of the RFE (you can skip the cover page). Emails, phone numbers, ID and receipt-like numbers are removed before the text is sent to our AI provider, and nothing is stored.
Issues are an AI reading of the RFE, checked so every quote matches the RFE word for word. The guidance shown is the USCIS Policy Manual text itself. This is not legal advice and not a prediction of the outcome.
How this works
Paste 200 to 40,000 characters of the RFE. Emails, phone-like numbers, receipt numbers and ID-like tokens are removed first, and nothing is stored or logged.
The AI only identifies the issues, each with a word-for-word quote from your RFE. Code attaches the matching Policy Manual section and evidence examples. It never drafts a response.
Questions
- Will this write my RFE response?
- No. It explains what USCIS is asking for. Consider an immigration attorney before you respond, and watch the deadline printed on the RFE.
- Is my RFE stored?
- No. Identifiers are removed before the text is sent to the AI provider, and the text is not stored or logged.
- Where does the guidance come from?
- It is the USCIS Policy Manual text itself, matched to each issue in code.
