Each check mirrors a Policy Manual quote in Common reasons evidence falls short.
This tracker counts your own ticks. It does not judge whether evidence is strong enough; USCIS decides on the totality of the evidence. For informational purposes only, not legal advice. Your ticks stay in this browser.
How this works
The list comes from the Policy Manual text itself: the 4 documents required in every O petition (Ch. 7 B.1), the evidence examples listed for each of the 8 criteria, and review checks that mirror the common pitfalls guide.
It counts your ticks. It does not score your case: the evidence types are examples, not requirements, and USCIS weighs the totality of the evidence. Your ticks stay in your browser.
Questions
- Do I need every evidence type on the list?
- No. The per-criterion items are the Policy Manual's examples of relevant evidence, not a list of requirements.
- Why is there no readiness percentage?
- Because the examples are not requirements, a percentage would suggest a precision the Policy Manual doesn't support.
- Where are my ticks saved?
- Only in your browser.
